Shipping Information

Below, please find information on the shipping carriers and associated shipping methods we offer.  Be aware that the average delivery times are from the date of shipment.  We typically ship all orders on the next business day from the date they are ordered.  Delivery times tend to be longer for western states as our warehouse is based on the east coast.

USPS (United States Postal Service)

This is our preferred carrier.  The quality of service is great and the prices are economical.  With USPS we offer three classes of service.  They are listed in order of (typically) slowest to fastest.

Areas of coverage: USA only.

• First Class mail is delivered in an average of 4 to 7 business days from the date of shipment.  It is the equivalent service of sending a standard posted letter to someone.  First class mail has a weight limit of 13 ounces.  This is a great choice if you have a small order and are not in time crunch.
• Priority mail is faster than first class.  The typical delivery time is 2 to 5 days from the date of shipment.  Weight limit is 70 pounds.
• Express mail is a rush delivery service.  The service averages 1 to 2 days from the date of shipment.

UPS (United Parcel Service)

UPS is best known for its brown trucks and uniforms.  While we offer the UPS service, we prefer USPS.  Note: UPS does not offer a similar service to USPS first class.

Areas of coverage: USA and Canada.

• Ground - Average delivery time of 2 to 5 days.  Price is typically twice as much as USPS priority. 
• Third Day Select - Delivered in three days.
• Two Day Air - Delivered in two days.
• Next Day Air - Delivered next day.

Free Priority Shipping

When offered, free priority shipping on orders over $50.00 applies only to the continental 48 states.

Delivery Time

Number of days to deliver does not include packing and handling time.  Allow an average of 1 to 2 days for your package to be shipped.

Track A Shipment

When your order is shipped a tracking number is uploaded to your account.  When the tracking number is uploaded the shipment may not yet be in the carriers system.  Allow 24 hours from the time of shipment for the carrier to recognize the shipment.  To login to your account click here.
