Return Policy

We like happy customers!

Satisifaction is guarenteed on all orders. If you are not satisified, all items may be returned within 14 days from receipt of shipment or 30 days from date of order, whichever is later.

To make a return:

• Products must be in original packaging and original condition (including tags).
• Include a copy of your original packing slip with the items to be returned.
• We reccomend you send your package via UPS so it may be tracked along the way. Find a UPS Service Center.
• Send an email to sales@authenticlacrosse.com requesting a RMA for your return.
• After receiving the RMA send your items to the address provided to you with the RMA.
• Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, except in the case of defective items.
• We will credit your credit card upon receipt of the return. It takes approximately 10 days to process a return.
